Toronto ON – August 21, 2018 — The Rolling Picture Company, a full-service post production studio, announces their rebranding to reflect Toronto’s ever-changing film industry. Now called Rolling Pictures (www.rollingpictures.ca), the studio also debuts a new website and logo as it evolves into a “post production hub” serving every clients’ post production needs.
“We’ve changed our logo and website to reflect the change we have been going through,” says Rolling Pictures CFO, George Levai. “The industry is always changing and we’re going beyond that.”
With the move to the former National Film Board location earlier this year, Rolling Pictures boasts a premiere mix / grading / screening theatre equipped with digital projection and 7.1 surround sound.
The studio has also expanded to include ADR, voice recording and sound mixing rooms currently in construction, providing clients even more post production services. Rolling Pictures will also lend its space for special events and screenings for distributors, producers, directors and anyone involved in film during the annual Toronto International Film Festival (#TIFF18) in September.
Joe Serafini, COO of Rolling Pictures says that it would be a waste not to be part of the festival since Rolling Pictures is so close, “We wanted to offer our space during TIFF because we are basically neighbours. It’s very convenient. Also, films are a big part of our business, some of our clients are premiering their films in the festival this year. We have already entertained a few press screenings in our theatre and the response has been amazing”
Serving clients since 2011, Rolling Pictures stays ahead with new technologies and workflows in this ever changing industry.
